Laoganma brand Spicy Bean Paste

Marinate meat

Sugar, sherry, soy sauce, garlic

Add oil to pan, add Szechuan peppercorns, when you can smell them, add meat. Cook until brown. Add water. Add cornstarch dissolved in water.

Add bean paste. Add tofu.

that’s it.
