I made a bunch of things in the same oven:

Roasted artichokes ~1h at 400 degrees

Coconut Tofu:
mix 1/2 cup panko and 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut in one bowl; season with smoked paprika and salt
In another bowl, beat 2 eggs
Dice 1 box Mori-Nu Lite Silken Tofu and dredge first in the eggs, then in the panko-coconut mixture
Place in a single layer on a lightly greased silicone baking sheet
Cook at 400 degrees for about half an hour-40 mins or until golden brown and crispy

Roasted turnips
Top-and-tail and dice one bunch turnips
Toss with grapeseed oil, salt, and pepper
Place in a cast iron skillet and roast at 400 degrees for ~30 mins

Turnip greens
Cut up 1/2 laap cheung sausage and cook on the stove over medium heat until some oil is rendered. Add 1 clove garlic, minced, and cook briefly until browned. Wash and chop 1 bunch turnip greens and add to pan; cook a few minutes, stirring, and season with salt and soy sauce. Add water to cover and simmer for about 40 minutes, until greens are tender and water has evaporated.
