I must never buy fat-free ricotta again. This is an abomination. Paste-like mouthfeel.

nevertheless, I’ve been eating it on toasted TJ’s bread slims (English muffin-type things) with lemon curd for breakfast, or with honey and toasted walnuts. 

The other day I made fried rice with kale, tempeh, and eggs: drizzles of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, fried in coconut oil with roughly chopped garlic. Topped with green onions. Would have been better with some peas and carrots, but they smelled like freezer and I decided not to add them.

I’ve been wanting some cold Vietnamese noodle salad but haven’t had the fixings. Maybe I will go to Midway and pick stuff up today. Or banh mi? mmm.
